MCPortal (the “Service”) is operated by Philip Bennett — Punk Leadership (“we”, “us”), a sole trader (Einzelunternehmer) registered in Berlin, Germany, at 94 Kastanienallee, 10435 Berlin, Germany. VAT ID: DE306641412. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MCPortal exposes one or more of your bound Google and Notion accounts as MCP endpoints that an AI client of your choice can call. Tool calls go straight through to Google / Notion using the OAuth scopes you have granted; we do not store or cache the underlying data.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all data in your Google and Notion accounts. The OAuth grants you authorise via the Service can be revoked at any time, either through the dashboard’s “remove” action or directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions and notion.so/profile/integrations. Revocation immediately stops the Service from making further calls on your behalf.
The Service does not initiate actions on its own. All tool calls are triggered by an AI client you connect (Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.). You are responsible for the prompts you give to those clients and for the actions they take using the OAuth scopes you have granted. We make no warranty about the accuracy, safety, or appropriateness of any AI-generated output.
The Service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, security, or infrastructure reasons.
The Service is currently free to use during the early-access period. If we introduce paid plans, we will notify existing users in advance and will not charge for usage already incurred under a free tier.
We are VAT-registered in Germany under VAT ID DE306641412. All future paid prices will be quoted as either VAT-inclusive (B2C) or net plus applicable VAT (B2B), and a VAT-compliant invoice will be issued for each charge. EU B2B customers may provide a valid VAT ID for reverse-charge treatment under Art. 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC.
You may delete your account at any time by emailing phil@mcportal.wtf. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. On termination, all bindings, tokens and sessions associated with your account are deleted in line with the Privacy Policy.
Liability is governed by §§ 276, 280, 309 BGB and the following allocations:
You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from (a) your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or (b) your violation of any law or third-party right via the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Where the customer is a merchant (Kaufmann), legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law, the courts of Berlin shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms. Mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules under Art. 18 Brussels I Regulation (EU) remain unaffected.
We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
